How to import TrustRadius reviews into Provoon

Direct answer

Copy a TrustRadius review, open Import, select TrustRadius, paste the quote and reviewer role, then save. Approve and add it to your Wall of Fame. Use this import until a TrustRadius URL import ships.

Why add TrustRadius proof this way

TrustRadius reviews often include score breakdowns and "likes / dislikes". Pulling the line that matches your homepage claim beats dumping the whole survey on the page.

How to add a TrustRadius story in Provoon

  1. 1

    Copy from TrustRadius

Take the summary or the paragraph that matches the page you will decorate.

  2. 2

    Paste via TrustRadius in Import

Add role or company when TrustRadius shows it - buyers notice peers.

  3. 3

Approve it if it lands in Collected

Open Collected (or your wall inbox) and approve the TrustRadius entry when you want it public. Nothing shows on the live wall until you say so.

  4. 4

Add it to your Wall of Fame

In Curate or Wall of Fame, include the story in the layout you publish. Drag it where it fits - homepage proof, pricing strip, or a dedicated love wall.

  5. 5

    Publish and embed

Hit Publish on the wall, then Get Embed if you need the iframe on your site. Changes show up on the live embed after publish - no re-paste of the whole wall.

What gets saved

Quote, name/role, optional scores you choose to record, marked TrustRadius.

Practical tips

  • Pair a TrustRadius quote with a G2 quote if both platforms matter in your category.
  • Skip reviews that only complain about a retired plan.

FAQ

Do scores sync?

No automatic sync. Enter what you want visible.

Anonymous reviews?

If TrustRadius hides the name, say "Verified TrustRadius reviewer" or skip it for the wall.

G2 vs TrustRadius in Provoon?

G2 can use URL import when available. TrustRadius uses this Import flow for now.
