Search your business on Google Maps and open the correct pin (check name, address, and rating). Select the full URL in the browser address bar and copy it. A good link looks like google.com/maps/place/Your+Business+Name/@latitude,longitude/... - not a random search results page.

Paste it in Provoon Import and get the reviews
